This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected when you use the Game, how it is used, and the choices you have. By using the Game, you agree to this policy.
The Game has no account, no login, and no sign-up. The free version shows ads (Google AdMob), which collect some device data (like your device's advertising ID) to work. A one-time "Remove Ads" purchase ($3.99, via Google Play) turns ads off entirely. We never see your payment details and we do not sell your personal data.
By us directly: nothing. The Game stores gameplay settings (such as control sensitivity) on your device only. That information never leaves your device and we cannot see it.
By Google AdMob (ads, mobile app only): to show and measure ads, AdMob may collect your device's advertising ID, IP address (which gives an approximate location), device information, and basic ad-interaction events (like which ads were shown or tapped). This is handled by Google under its own privacy policy. Buying Remove Ads stops ads — and this collection by ads — entirely.
For purchases (Google Play Billing + RevenueCat): if you buy Remove Ads, Google Play processes the payment; we never see your card or bank details. Our purchase processor RevenueCat receives the purchase receipt/token and an anonymous app-generated ID so the purchase can be validated, delivered, and restored if you reinstall or change devices.
By the app store: if you install the Game from Google Play or the Apple App Store, the store itself processes standard install and update information under its own privacy policy.
We do not collect your name, email, or contact details, precise GPS location, contacts, photos, microphone, or camera data.
The Game is a horror game and is not directed to children under 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent where you live). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
We keep no user database. On-device settings persist until you uninstall the Game or clear its app data. Purchase records are retained by Google Play and RevenueCat as needed to keep your Remove Ads purchase working (including restores). Ad data is retained by Google under its policies.
You may have rights under laws such as GDPR (EEA/UK) or CCPA/CPRA (California), including access, correction, and deletion. For data held by Google (ads, billing) exercise choices via Google's Ad Center and your device settings. For anything else — including deletion of the anonymous purchase record held by RevenueCat — email the contact below and we will handle it. We do not sell or share personal data as defined by those laws.
Data sent by the ad and billing SDKs is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS). We protect our developer accounts and signing keys and store no personal data on our own servers. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
We may update this policy; we'll revise the effective date and, for material changes, provide notice in the app or store listing.
